 Where do I collect my order for local pickup?

Please wait until you have recieved a email/text or phone call from us letting you know that your order is ready for collection before visiting the store.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship in 4-7 working days. However if a product is out of stock or a special order it can take up to 2 weeks. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order. We ship everything with Royal Mail.

Is international shipping available ?

Yes we offer international shipping. Please email for a quote.

How do I cancel my order?

Please email us liz@icanseethesea.com with your order number and we will do our best to do this as quickly as possible.

Is your packing eco friendly ?

We try to reuse as much packaging as we can and we endeavour  to use recyclable  packaging as much as possible.

What if my order doesn’t arrive ?

Please contact us with your order number and we will look into this for you! Please allow up to 2 weeks for some deliverys. If a tracking number was emailed to you, please check it before contacting us.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?

Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible so that we can rectify it.

Do you ship the framed prints with glass?

No we do not ship glass with the framed prints. We do ship them with ‘acrylic glass’. Glass option is avaliable if you are collecting your framed print from our store.However we do ship prints in a tube ready for you to frame.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from I Can See The Sea Limited. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at liz@icanseethesea.com or 07825 641232 to obtain a return authorization number (RAN).
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the RAN and a copy of your receipt in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend that you ship the package with a tracking number so that you can verify that it is received by our warehouse.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized items
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Items that are not in their original packaging

Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item that does not meet the requirements of our return policy.
  • If you are returning an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • We cannot process returns or refunds for items that are purchased from a third-party retailer.
